The files located in this directory contain the entire REdiscoverTE 
transcriptome + the GFP sequence. See the tarball in the parent dir for 
the raw files downloaded from the publication.  

The GFP sequence was retreived from:
https://www.addgene.org/browse/sequence_vdb/2491/

REdiscoverTE files were downloaded from:
http://research-pub.gene.com/REdiscoverTEpaper/software/

These file were created by concatenating the GFP sequence onto the end of the 
transcriptome (using the MD5 of the sequence as the fasta header and translating to sequence
from lowercase to uppercase). Unlike the original REdiscoverTE transcriptome, 
I have added the genomic sequences as decoys to the transcriptome to improve accuracy. 
The decoys.txt file is included in this directory along with a soft link to the genome used

The GENCODE annotation file was also modified to include lines for the GFP gene.
